Knights of the Old Republic 2 was beyond disappointing because it was released on Xbox before PC, and it was rushed and buggy as heck. So if you bought it for Xbox, there was no chance of it ever getting fixed because it couldn't be patched like a PC game.

Battlefield 4 or diablo 3 were the worst for me lol. I think that was when i decided to never pre order anything ever again cause i guess games werent gauranteed to work on launch anyways

Cyberpunk wasn't that bad as a game, but it was just way to overhyped, oversold and deceptive. Anthem never made it out and No Man's Sky flopped heavy. NMS was at least able to recover somewhat.

I am pretty sure they just gave up too! Like flat out stopped updating things, no new content, just dropped a steaming pile and left it.

I'm gonna say two of my favorite games. The first is Diablo III, at launch day it was awful, for the few who could even get into the game servers. The second one, and I'm astonished no one mentioned it, is Final Fantasy XIV 1.0. It was way too tied to its precedessor (XI) in an era where MMO where moving in a total opposite direction. And be warned, being "as XI but with better graphics" wouldn't even be all that bad, the fact is the game come out grindier than XI, with almost nothing to do except levelling up and buggy as sh*t. And it stayed that way for a loooooooooong time. Eventually, Yoshi-P came on board, it brought some content on 1.x game but, most of all, he had to courage (him and whoever at SE had control at the time) to trash basically the entire game and develop it almost from the ground up WHILE STILL SUPPORTING 1.X. There's a wonderful three-part two-hour(ish) long documentary from No Clip on the whole story, it's such a story and such a ride I suggest you try and take the time to watch it.
