go with 2k because 4 k is not ready pc gamer for 60-120 fps

I am loving the IIYAMA monitors, they are all great. Have a look at them.

Benq for 4k, for 1080p with low response and good price i can suggest the AOC 2790PX , i own it and its amazing

1440p and 144hz perfect spot. I have the MSI MAG274QRF-QD and its really nice.

Use the cheap 1080 as the second monitor, and then invest in an ultrawide, use rtings they have great monitor reviews and they are very detailed. 
Look for:
Panel type: (IPS looks better than VA but VA is designed for higher framerate)
Input Delay: Ideally around 4ms or lower.
VRR: Make sure the monitor you get supports it: Whether its Freesync or G-sync

Asus VG27AQ easy. 1440p, great specs, and has it's own technology, ELMB sync. Also supports 165hz and G-Sync.
