Looking for some support. I recently ordered 4 items from evga. I received an email with a tracking number, a few days ago, for the whole order and it was delivered an hour ago. The box only contained one item and the box was marked one of one. I haven't received any other tracking numbers or order canceled/partial refunds. Is this normal? Where are the items I ordered and can I contact anyone about this right now or do I need to wait until Monday and call evga. Side note: My "Order Status:" and "Your order has shipped" Tracking numbers, under EVGA ORDER HISTORY, are different and only the tracking number under "Order Status:" actually works on UPS. My one item package also shipped from a warehouse in KY and not the normal evga headquarters. Any help or support would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cool GTX might have shipped from more than one location Yes, KY is a new distribution location did you look ? -->
Ok glad to know KY is an actual evga distribution center. If it is the case of more than one location i'd expect they would have sent me another tracking number by now. I placed the order Tuesday. Edit: response to the link you posted: yes that is what I was referring to in my side note. The tracking number that actually worked was delivered today but only 1 of 4 items.

Did you look under the other sub-links? Is "Open = 0" What about Completed ? When you made the purchase / Did you get an Original "Order Confirmation" email? - did it list all parts ?

Cool GTX Did you look under the other sub-links? Is "Open = 0" What about Completed ? When you made the purchase / Did you get an Original "Order Confirmation" email? - did it list all parts ?
It shows 1 open and 1 completed(the 1 completed was an order from months ago), I also received this email with the full list of parts. Update: I went ahead and emailed the sales support email. They informed me that there are two follow-up packages that weren't listed on the order page. Support also provided the UPS tracking numbers for these packages. Thanks @Cool GTX and evga support for the quick help!

Sometimes they have a 'master' tracking number, and then a list of 'sub' tracking numbers under that when there's multiple items. Maybe they only gave you one of the sub tracking numbers instead of the master one. Anyway seems you have it sorted, so no worries.
