Just arrived home from work and had a package from EVGA that shows as delivered this afternoon. Looked all around my home and nothing is there. I contacted the shipping company and they said I have to contact EVGA. Their toll free support number is closed for the evening. Can someone point me in the right direction for emailing them? Or do I have to wait until tomorrow morning to call?

Every package I've received from EVGA has required a signature....that's strange. Did the policy change?

Not sure but no one was home to sign for it. The shipping company even said they left it with no signature due to COVID.

Ended up calling them and they are filing an investigation with UPS that could take up to 8 days for a resolution.

UPS has lost more than 1 item addressed to me but these types of issues are resolved quickly.

You probably should consider saying in the notes to the shipping company to put the package somewhere other than in plain sight. We all have seen the porch pirate videos that are going around.

It changed with the pandemic. They are not to interact with customers and they often just shout "UPS" and leave or knock on the house. I was told by a driver dropping off where I work that they got told not to even touch a surface that others might have touched like a doorbell (this was early in the pandemic). I agree with rjohnson that a video doorbell or other camera can be really helpful but another option is calling and seeing if the package can be held for pickup and that works well for most things. Just make sure you show up with the tracking number for all items as well as your ID.

I'm a still waiting for my package from UPS, they seem to be notorious for losing customer packages. I will give UPS a few more days before contacting EVGA to fill a claimed for lost packages.
Why is EVGA even using UPS even though they are one of the worst delivery company?
