Might be best to post this info in the Main Thread Intel: Serious Vulnerability Speculation in all CPUs
An official Microsoft Powershell Cmdlet Module now exists as well, which is the recommended and supported way to get this information.

    Warning
Customers who only install the Windows January 2018 security updates will not receive the benefit of all known protections against the vulnerabilities. In addition to installing the January security updates, a processor microcode, or firmware, update is required. This should be available through your device manufacturer.

You won't notice any performance loss yet since the patch also requires a bios update to be fully enabled.

Can anyone confirm all updates required to fix the issue are available for any motherboard cpu combination? I see no patches and or bios updates for this issue or the Intel ME issue both which are serious security vulnerabilities for any of my motherboards.

Most all of the Intel ME issues have been fixed with a Bios that is on Motherboards that had the issues, not all did.
You can Threads here on the Forum about the Intel ME issue. Best keep the two Intel Issues separate as to not confuse members.
The NEW Intel Issue is going to take All involved time to fix it.

Waiting for new cpu's that have the silicon fixed would be best.
