Haven't tried that movie battles mod, I'm gonna check it out.

It's awesome. It's the best multiplayer mod on JA and it's still being updated. Lots of people (well, for how old the game is at least) still play it and it's a blast. It expands the multiplayer changing it into class-based matches. There are different modes ranging from full authentic (where you can only play premade classes, based on the movies/series) to full open (where you just pick the class you want and completely customize your look/character and your skill points). The dueling scene is also quite popular.

It's just good "old-school" fun.

I doubt many have even heard of it, but I loved the 4x strategy game "Rebellion". It was far from perfect, but it was a blast.

I've played this one,one, An old game but one I really like, lots of characters. One of the few Stars Wars Games that allows you to play from start to finish as the Empire.

Yes, I was waiting for years till my youngest was old enough to watch all the 9 movies with me :-)

Don't forget the series too! Clone Wars is really good and Rebels is pretty nice too! Resistance is a bit eh.

Couldn't agree more on that one. Bad Batch just launched too! It's solid, don't wanna say too much.
Clone Wars is good, but I LOVED Rebels. Rebels was so much fun, really surprised me. Resistance on the other hand surprised me with dissapointment.

I still have to watch Bad Batch but I've heard it's good so far. Not sure if I should just watch as the episodes release or wait for them to be all out and watch it in one go.
 
Clone Wars is generally preferred over Rebels but I'm glad you enjoyed it that much!
I guess I should watch Resistance too, I have avoided it but since it's canon..

Rebels on the other hand, I don't get why people like Clone Wars more. Without spoilers, Rebels has amazing character arcs and interpersonal relationships. I never expected who would be my favorite character finishing the series.

 
Rebels is great, sure. But have you seen the Clone Wars' finale? That was one of the best Star Wars content in a while, got me all emotional!
Both series start kinda meh and get better with each season but the last 4 episodes of Clone Wars Season 7 are just something else.

Season 7 really redeems the show in my eyes, but I felt most of Rebels' moments were much more poignant. I want to list off some of my favorite aspects and moments of Rebels, but I don't want to spoil anything for people who might read this. I really feel it's underrated.

KotOR 2 is my favorite Star Wars game.  The writing is just so great.  It's a very unique look at the mythology.  I like the more ambiguous take on the force.

I do love KOTOR 2. It's a classic at this point. Loved seeing the Selkath return in the new canon.

The old Star Wars racer Episode 1 that was on the Dreamcast.
 
I remember the first time I played it I thought I was playing a hidden gem that no one knew about.

KOTOR is my favorite but I have a soft spot in my heart for Republic Commando. Hopping we get a remake of both of those, or some sequels.

I really enjoyed Revenge of the Sith on the Nintendo DS. For a game based on the movie, it was surprisingly good. And it featured a 3D multiplayer mode where you could have air fights with friends at locations like Coruscant.

That sounda pretty neat! I kinda wrote off a lot of the movie-based titles. I might check that one out.

And battlefront

They really need to remake or at the very least come up with a sequel to Republic Commando.
