MY RMA STATUS HAS GONE

The taiwan EMS said my package has arrived on 10/5 but they said to me they didn't received, so i replied to them
And they asked my EMS number on 10/7
The taiwan factory said received my package on 10/8
And they told me it will take around 3 days but it didn't received or informed other info untill today, and now? My RMA status has gone.

My RMA number is 5510181001898629 and i don't know what to say.

    Hello,
     
    If your RMA was completed then it does not show on your Open RMA page. Check under Member then My Products and View Details on the serial number you sent in for RMA status updates. 

    Everything is security.
