    Cool this must mean new developer DirectX SDK also out!

    Is there a proper way of updating or jsut run the exe?

    I've never really been up and up on DX versions, heh shame on me

    Really not sure what to do, after opening and agreeing to the TOS. It asked where I want too put the extracted files..not 100% sure what do from here.

    Use too agreeing to TOS and just installing itself.

    To install:

    Go to the folder where you told the program to extract the files.
    Look for DXSETUP.EXE and double click on it to run it.

    and be sure your anti virus is disabled too, my AVG's resident shield slows down the installation speed cause it scans every file as it updates.

    I've only had this problem with Direct X, and it stalls my game installations which have DX updates as well.

    The easiest was is to download dxwebsetup (link to download)
    It'll check and update to the latest version. Keep the file, it'll work for the next update, too.

    This update has smoothed out game play on my quad-SLI GTX295s.
