NOTE: This is in the instance that you're really meaning the Molex pins, which would not be the 3-pin connector, but the standard 4-pin, such as what is commonly used for IDE/ATA drives, such as older hard drives and optical drives. Please specify which it is, in case you're talking about the 3-pin connector instead (or 4-pin PWM connector, which is still different from MOLEX). Thank you.
For the ones that are broken, you can do 1 of 2 things. You can either purchase a
molex pin kit, which is a parts-tree of pins for repair, replacement, or custom work, or if you have a hot glue gun you can just put a nice dab in there behind the pin (on the wire side), which should easily hold it in there all nice n snug. Just make sure that if you hot glue it, you hold the wire+pin as centered as possible inside the connector. It's cheap, isn't ugly if done right, and it works
If you decide to get the replacement pins (heck, you may have an extension you can sacrifice on hand actually, who knows), then you'll want to also have
this handy crimping tool on hand as well. makes things tons easier. There's also a deluxe version that they have, but I don't see the advantage honestly, unless you have very very weak hands.
