can anyone please tell me how can I access the live chat support from the EVGA website….need to RMA my second card…

    There is no live chat support.
    You have two options, call them or send an email

    If you reside in the EU you can call only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If you reside in the USA you can call support 24/7.

    you can call ( if your phone is working that is which i cant because my cell is off right now LOL) or you can e-mail ( which i have to be honest and say response times are less than favorable for the e-mail method with my personal experiences)

    i am offended by your sig so you need to remove it.

    You should be able to access our Live Chat service if you click on "Service" > "EVGA RMA" or follow the link here: https://www.evga.com/support/rma.asp. In the bottom-right corner you should see a grey box that says, "Chat now." Please keep in mind that our Live Chat service is not always available and is generally only available from 10am-6pm PST.

    most just look for that pop up thing like on most sites have  [intrusive ]    I prefer like the evga guy said  and can page to it   not block and interfear with the page your looking at   like a pesky fly  ..lol..
