I really feel with how facebook uses people's personal information with disregard for their privacy, that by using facebook I should be sending them invoices for using my services on their services.  With how easily this guy pulled off collecting on invoices, I might consider trying a more genuine tactic...

    Doesn't surprise me much. These companies are so big and unwieldy one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, so people just pay the invoice. My guess is this is happening daily with the big 10 tech companies. This guy isn't unique, he just got caught.

    Theft is theft. I don't care if it's from the poorest person on earth or the richest company on earth.
    That the author seemingly tries to justify or condone it? Yeah, that disgusts me.

    Theft means eventually getting caught. So that is what can happen.
