I've been fighting with my XR1 Pro to try and get it to output more than 720P 30FPS on Linux Mint 21 and 21.1. I currently have the latest firmware installed on the device. The source being sent to the XR1 is set at 2560*1440 144FPS, however I only receive the 720P signal.
I've been testing the video feed using OBS and VLC. I've tried the device on multiple computers running Linux Mint and I've tried multiple cables. The HDMI pass-through properly sends the signal out to another monitor but something is preventing the XR1 to output at the full resolution on the destination PC.
I have been able to get the XR1 Pro to provide full resolution on OBS using a win 11 laptop. However, I have to use a workaround for OBS to properly accept the source.
Is there something that needs to be set somewhere to convince the XR1 Pro to send video at full resolution to the receiving PC?
