Hello, and I would like to start and say thanks to all help with this issue in advance. I have been working on this problem for about couple days and have made any progress.
I first tried to reinstall my current driver
391.35-desktop-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql that did not work. I booted into a safe boot and tried again with a reinstall of my current driver 391.35. No luck so I downloaded Display Driver Uninstaller and completely removed all of the Display drivers in Safe Boot. Installed driver
391.24-desktop-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql. Welp this did not help moving forward did a complete shutdown proceed with a true cold boot. Shut the system down again and removed the upper 560 GPU inspected for any loose hardware made sure the card was fully seated in the PCIe slot did not fix the problem. Shut down again and pulled the lower 560 GPU installed in the upper PCIe slot, did not fix the problem. I checked the video feed and connected to my TV to eliminate the monitors. Here are a couple of screenshots were taken during this process. I have no way to test my components independently since this is my only system. Oh, I had about 4 Kernal failures right before this happened.
I just noticed the screenshots I uploaded do not contain the lines that I am seeing the lines when I logged in with my laptop.
