Looking for someone that could share some photos of a Lian Li 011 XL Case with an EVGA X299 Dark motherboard in it. Thanks!

(trying to get an idea of how well the X299 Dark fits in this case and the clearance that would be left for a radiator on the side)

In addition to posting here also try other Lian Li forums. They might have more info.

Lian Li PC-O11 is probably best case for exposing motherboards like EVGA X299 Dark.
Much better then tower case. Because window panel and on front side you nicely see 24pin angled and power connectors and board is immediately recognizable,
better then any other motherboards on market.

Only I like more PC-O11 W series because no place for radiator near motherboard. That's empty place just in case if someone use even bigger server motherboards.
And radiators are on top and bottom of case. W series have more space between motherboard and bottom of case then Dynamic and Air.
Enough space for thick radiator and fans and they could be nice stand for mounting pump and reservoir.

I think XL version has a lot more room... you can get a Rad next to the motherboard and really thick Rad in the bottom.

Size of PC case is not so much advantage.
I like more if case is smaller but could fit everything.

XL is bigger, but generally in PC-O11 WX you could install bigger motherboard and only no place for radiator near motherboard.
I could use SSI-EEB motherboard and two 360mm radiators.

I'm pretty sure I can still fit a slim radiator on the side in the O11D.  I am considering attempting it so I can put a drain through the bottom of the case and install my GPU vertically.  Or hell even just add a 3rd 360GTS rad.  But it's a tight fit to get the Dark inside it for sure.  Looks fantastic though.  I considered moving to the XL just so I could add a vertical mount GPU and a rear 80mm fan into my case.  With bottom radiator intake and top radiator and side set as exhaust the water can get quite warm with my 9800X and 2080Ti.  Like 45C warm.

The XL arrived a few days ago after waiting about 6 weeks, due to it being back ordered. There certainly seems to be a lot more room than the non XL version. It looks like it should be able to fit an EATX motherboard, top rad, lower rad, and if you wanted a side rad as well. The x4 hot swappable SATA drives on the rear are a huge plus as well. Only thing I am not 100% sure on is where the pump is going to go... I am thinking about switching from a standalone D5 to a DDC pump.
