Left Speaker vs Right Speaker sound difference

Can anyone tell me how their speakers sound on their SC17.

My left speaker and right speaker sound completely different. The right one seems as the subwoofer is intergrated into that speaker. Anytime im listening to anything the sound is just awkward as the right side sounds amazing, and the left side......lacking. Is this normal? Or do i have a broken left speaker?

    I had the same issue, turned out the speaker on the left had a bad speaker coil. Had to RMA it for a repair a within the first 12 hours of owning the system. They did turn it around in less than a week though.

    I would agree that it does seem like an issue with the speaker but probably worth making sure windows is updated as well as drivers and that Windows hasn't decided that it should use some default driver from Windows Update instead of the official driver.

    Same thing here. I got my laptop in December, but a windows update bricked it, so I had to exchange it. That speaker sounded fine. My replacement (brand new) the left speaker I'd say is about 30% less than the right.
