PC builders have been waiting for new cheaper graphics cards come and truly it will happen by the upcoming RX 5600 series that may compete with NVIDIA GTX 1660. As WCCFTECH noticed this leak right after two weeks when they posted their article ‘AMD Radeon RX 5950, 5900, 5850 & 5800 Graphics Cards Leaked’. 
 
Looks like AMD might have an advantage at the lower end of GPU manufacturing.

It will be interesting to see what NVIDIA does. Clearly they  don't want to give up market share to AMD as the Super line showed. It will also be interesting to see the power draw that AMD is able to hit on these new cards since NVIDIA clearly was the winner last round on the budget cards. I know it sounds anti AMD but really a lot of the budget market doesn't want to have to put a more powerful PSU into an off the shelf computer.

I figured AMD wasn't going to show everything they had at once. I have the same feeling about more cpu's coming before year end ( not just threadrippers ).
