Swap DIMM Modules, perform a CMOS Reset and see if it gets recognized.
If not you have to RMA the Motherboard.
I had to RMA my first EVGA X299 Dark as well for non working DIMM Slots.

I hope this is not the case.
With COVID 19 there is no way I can send it back or receive a new board.

Due to the reduction or cancellation of flights by airlines, airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to Australia are suspended.

Flash back to an older bios.

    Thanks for all suggestions.
I think the MB is faulty.
I submitted a ticket for warranty.
I bought the MB over a year ago and recently was able to purchase components to build this rig.
I wondering how long I have to wait to receive the new MB.
The worst thing is I am in Australia.
