Hey Gamers or EVGA Hard Core folks.. I came across this model LG 34UC79G-B.. AS for which Video Graphic Cards do I have running: EVGA GTX 1080 Classified DT in 2X SLI.. The Games I will be gaming a lot on is BF1 BF 4 and Titan Falls 2... I may do occasionally some racing. Anyways my question is do I really need G-Sync now or I'm good to go with Class Video cards in 2XSLI for running LG 34UC79G-B at 144HZ and 1MS even though it is FREE SYNC version? Looking forward to your feedback..

some people really love g sync, as it can smooth up game play if you cant hold you monitors refresh rate constantly. g sync is much better the v sync which adds input lagg.if you can't hold your monitors refresh v sync will cause some tearing . but for my self g sync adds to much cost to justify it. And fast sync or vsync is enough for me. At at 1080p ultra wide and 1080 SLI you would be able to pin 144hz. I would suggest checking out Nvidia inspector and learn how to enable SLI threw that for games that don't support it

I have decided to go with Acer 32" G Sync 1440 version.. IT ROCKS! running 144hz.. It can overclock to 165hz but not overclocking at this time..
