Hello,
This morning when I booted up my PC, the LEDs on the GPU were flashing white off and on. I had it set to a color spread based on GPU temp prior to shutting down yesterday, that was working for months.
I checked Precision X1 and it had "Check updates" set to "Never", which is not what I had it set to. I downloaded the latest version, 1.0.6 and installed it. When it tried to flash a new firmware version, it failed. All I got was a "try again" message and a "Start" and "Close" button. Hitting "Start" just resulted in the "failed, try again" message, so I clicked "Close". The LEDs on the card no longer come on at all.
Now, whenever I try to change settings in PX1 and hit apply, the application crashes and none of my changes are saved.
My GPU part number: 11G-P4-2489-KR
In Precision X1, there are now only two icons at the top: VGA1 and HWM.

How do I fix this? Is there a manual firmware update available for my card? Here's the info page from PX1:
