LED sync issues.

Hello all. I am having issues with my EVGA RTX 2070 Black graphics card when setting up precision x1 software. When I try to enable LED sync, nothing happens. My graphics card isn't even detected when I try to enable it. Can anyone help with this?

    Well  i see both of the 2070 super black cards don't even have LED logo as a feature so i am going to assume that the straight 2070 black cards don't either. If they have no LED logo as a feature they would not have LED sync as a feature as well.  If you have this card   https://www.evga.com/products/specs/gpu.aspx?pn=1207a8ec-269d-4e11-91a9-e01226652c9f    you will see the LED logo is not an option.
