I have the Kingpin MB and I want to monitor the liquid temperature and control the fan speeds based on that.  Does the MB have input header pins for external temperature sensor?

What Cooling System are you going to use?
    Z690 Chipset Motherboards
See Debug Port Display, this is really the only one onboard.
No liquid temperature sensor. You would need to buy one like the Temperature Sensor Display for Four 10K-Ohm Thermistors
Part No. DCB-TP010X4 and Coolant Temperature Sensor Plug, 10K Ohm Part No. SEN-AP008G or Coolant Temperature Sensor, Brass, 10K Ohm Part No. SEN-AP008B
Other companies also make them as well.

I'm running a custom loop for cooling. I looked through the manual but did not find anything about this.

Because they are none, I have never seen a liquid temperature sensor on an EVGA Motherboard.
I have never seem a liquid temperature sensor on any Motherboard before.

Well I didn't mean a sensor specifically for liquid temp.  A mid range Asus board (ROG STRIX Z690-A) has a 1 x Thermal Sensor header.

Sorry I was going off of "liquid temperature" in your first post.

Blows my mind that EVGA doesn't have thermal sensor headers on the board, bunch of fan headers though which is silly, a 10k ohm header for temp monitoring would make more sense. I use a Quadro from aqua computer for my sensors.

There is an external thermal temperature sensor on the Z790 Dark K|NGP|N.

Unfortunately, these were not included on Z690 motherboards.  We began adding them with Z790 motherboards.
