Keyboard input lag with DSR

Having PrecisionX and DSR on at the same time causes heavy keyboard (only keyboard) input delay/lag (up to many seconds and sometimes not even registerd or stuck).
Otherwise I have no delay on the native resolution.
 
Keyboard: K95 Platinum
Nvidia Driver: 382.05
PrecisionX: 6.1.6
 
I would appreciate a patch for this problem.

    I would like to look into this further for you so please help in answering a few questions.
     
    What is your native resolution?
     
    Are you testing with Precision X OC OSD enabled?
     
    Does this happen at all tested DSR factors? if not, what factors?
     
    Does this happen in all games tested? How many games have you tested?
     
    Have you tried other USB ports for the keyboard? USB 2 and USB 3 tested?

    My native resolution is 1920x1080p
    OSD was not enabled.
    It laggs on useful factors as 1.78 and 4 (others not tested, as not needed)
    This happens even just at even chaning the resolution (not game based)
    The lag will stay even if I change the resolution back to native and close PrecisionX, but this can be fixed by restarting my computer.
    And this cannot be an USB/Keyboard problem as others have aswell have reported keyboard input delay with PrecisisonX (f.e: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kyQ-nVwt_E )

    Do you experience the same issue when using msi afterburner?

    Does disabling CUE.exe help stop the lag?
