Well long time folders will remember the I have battled bladder cancer back in 2014. I became a super folder back then. But getting older and closer to retirement I had to cut back. Well 3 weeks ago on cancer checkup they found the cancer was back. Had surgery and spent 3 days in hospital. Well it is in the bladder muscle this time. So this is not good. But doc likes to save the bladders and we are going to war on this cancer. As I Catholic I believe in prayer so anyone that wants to do that for me great. Others wise just keep folding hoping for a cure.

My neighbor got testicular cancer and he bought himself a RC car to play with in the back yard. I bought one as well and we spent hours together. That was close to 20 years ago. He beat it. Went back to work after a number of treatments. Eventually he sold and moved to northern BC for a few years. I heard he moved back to the lower Mainland and is still goin strong. (wife seen him a few times...his wife too) Give er Scott I know you can do it

At least after cancer they do the regular screenings. Not to say cancer coming back is ever good but at least it’s better that it was detected during a scan instead of being at the point where it might have been to be noticed by you. Take the time to relax. I know from my personal experience with testicular cancer how the news can be and how you must be feeling. I am still getting scans myself and know that it’s news nobody wants to hear that it’s back.

Started folding again after reading your post. I hope the fight is going well. I lost my uncle to pacreatic cancer that spread to his liver and lungs, and a very close friend's daughter to lung cancer. Together we can make progress.

Hi guys, well cancer is stage 3/4 bladder. Started Chemo and have had 2 treatments so far. Really makes me tired. Was supposed to have on yesterday but the enzyme level in my liver was up to high. They said the chemo can do that. So giving me another week off it. Last week was a week without chemo. They pumped me full of fluids and said they will probably have to lower chemo doses each week.
Thats it so far. They said I 6 months to live if I did nothing. My wife said heck no he is doing chemo and not going away. I agreed with her ;)
