Probably because they gave people the Manual for free and underestimated how much bandwidth would be used up .

Unfortunately is a victim of the recent Tariff increases and the original pricing not including it. Wish I had better news on this one guys 🙁 Best suggestion I can give is to use the associate program for additional savings.

I wonder why the KP block was the only one affected...? None of the other block prices went up 😧

Wouldn’t they all be machined in the same place/region you think? Therefore influencing all pricing? Idk. Just seems oddly convenient timing is all. Especially for a block that is already priced high lol

You do not pay another Tariff Fee on a product that is already in the US.
But it looks like all the prices are going to be going up over the next 30 days.

Whats the theory? shipping container got held up at POA and tarrifs were applied?

Looks like the government tariffs against China have caused the price increase and EVGA can do nothing about that.

Last I heard the tariffs from China wouldn't go in effect till June so if they had these in stock shouldn't have been affected even products shipped from China and not delivered as of yet shouldn't be affected

Now would be a great time to make the move away from the area that is going to end up costing the customer an extra 16-17% per block. It would probably be quicker and more beneficial to find a more local CNC shop that can manufacture the blocks and cut down on all of the overseas shipping times as well.

I hate to see what is going to happen to the electronic devices that are coming out of China if this is a glimpse of what is getting ready to happen to prices.

Next year looks to be like a better year for a massive upgrade when this is all over.. "if" they adjust the prices back to normal then.

Eventually they might have to or kill off the hobby market.

I doubt the PCB manufacturer is making waterblocks. Normally each part is made in a different area then assembled. Not sure where the Hydrocopper blocks are manufactured in the world.
