Man those cards are putting up some pretty awesome numbers! I thought at first the #31 spot correlated to this video from JayzTwoCents , but in video he scored a 6444....odd. Anyway always fun seeing the bar raised higher & higher by K|NG|N, watching some recent videos, the guy seems like a pretty cool dude with lots of knowledge.

It seems like every time someone ups his score he comes back and just stomps it.

Those Jedi versions on Nvidia's site have been tempting me too much. This isn't helping me save money lol

Got a used >=8gb GPU that you'd like to sell? PM me

Jedi version isn’t being discussed, lol. Those are Titan pascal, the card in question is Titan Volta, which is the new generation “non gaming” version that is valued at $3000 according to Nvidia.

You're paying the big $$$ for tensor cores when you buy Volta. These are optimized very limited instruction set matrix cores that blaze on math. An ASIC on a chip.

Without tensor cores Volta is a step up, next gen chip, but not a revolution in the fundamental way GPU's behave as Graphics processors.

It surprises me not at all that a supremely engineered PCB (as kingpin is) beats a stock Volta chip in 3DMark. That really is not what Volta is about.

For my specific use case I would trade you a Kingpin (excellent card though it may be) for a Titan V any day of the week.

I've spoken with Vince about Jay and believe me, they're not close. I'll actually be benchmarking with Vince in a a few weeks out in Taipei. I'll also be having dinner with der8auer while I'm out there. Should be interesting.
