I actually have a question about using the Associates Code, I've never used one before can you use anyone's associate code on here or is it customary to ask someone if they mind if I use their code on Monday? Just trying to do things right by this forum and get my hands on a kingpin for my build.

I should note, if you signed for your own code, you couldn't use anyone's code or your own since it disqualifies you from discounts.

Oh alright I don't believe I signed for my own code. I didn't sign up for an Associates Program because I don't have an EVGA Elite Membership yet. I think I should be alright to use someone else's Associates Code from what I understand, correct me if I'm misunderstanding how it works.
 
Also, would you mind if I used your Associates Code? I would like to give the EVGA Bucks to someone who has helped me out and done me the favor of helping me figure this process out to say thank you for the help.

The card is available to Associates Members and also to normal users who use an Associates Code on the EVGA store. I was confused when I first saw the email as well.

I've been waiting specifically for this card and if I don't get it, I'm probably going to skip the 20 series altogether.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the design this time around. I think that signature is a cool idea actually, I could imagine a laser-etched signature or logo looking pretty bad-ass. Something similar to what is on his LN2 pots:
 

 

Saw Kingpin on You Tube overclock a Kingpin card to 2200 mhz and score 10,005 on Port Royal. The  Ftw 3 ultra
I have scored 9530 on Port Royal. Wish I knew what it was going to cost to gain 465 points . Iam guessing 1999.99 at thats price its about $ 4.30 a point . I know I would like to have one. Would a Kingpin card and Ftw 3 ultra run in  Sli ?

I also think you'd be limited by the slower clocked card in SLI.  The card speed in SLI is limited by the slowest clocks.  If you have a really good binned FTW3 then maybe it won't matter much.

Will we be able to purchase 2 kingpins at launch? And, is there any word if there will be a hydro copper version available at a later date?

We won't know anything more until D-Day methinks. Personally I couldn't really care less about any potential discount -- I just want to secure a card, period! Take my money already damn it!

 
At least they are letting Associate members get the same deal as those who are using someone's code... there'd likely be a minor riot followed by mass exodus if Associate members were excluded because they were an Associate member, which unfortunately is the case with usual Associate purchase discounts.

I'm still sitting on my hybrid-cooled Titan X Pascal, which clocks over 2,000MHz without having to touch the power, and without any throttling. This card was (relatively) crap on stock air cooling, but amazing with the hybrid cooling (EVGA made a very limited number of AiO hybrid coolers for the Titan X Pascal).

You mean the advertised, "guaranteed" boost clock? Or just what they'll boost to regardless?
 
I'm guessing advertised guaranteed clock will be somewhere between 1.8-1.9ghz and then of course they will boost to ~2.1ghz without adjusting any offsets, power limit or voltage.
