If you'll read through the thread here you'll have your answer.

I could have sworn I did. That's kinda what it sounded like from some of the other posts I just wanted to make sure, I wasn't sure if I was just getting myself too excited Thanks for the reply

No prob; and remember you'll need to use an Associates Code if you plan on getting one on Monday.

I actually have a question about using the Associates Code, I've never used one before can you use anyone's associate code on here or is it customary to ask someone if they mind if I use their code on Monday? Just trying to do things right by this forum and get my hands on a kingpin for my build.

Thanks,

I've never used one either but from what I understand you can use anyone's code.

Yes, you can use anyone's code.

I should note, if you signed for your own code, you couldn't use anyone's code or your own since it disqualifies you from discounts.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

Oh alright I don't believe I signed for my own code. I didn't sign up for an Associates Program because I don't have an EVGA Elite Membership yet. I think I should be alright to use someone else's Associates Code from what I understand, correct me if I'm misunderstanding how it works.

Also, would you mind if I used your Associates Code? I would like to give the EVGA Bucks to someone who has helped me out and done me the favor of helping me figure this process out to say thank you for the help.

Thanks,

I'm confused.

So, the card is only available to associates, but you can't use an associates code to purchase it if you're already an associate?

What?

The card is available to Associates Members and also to normal users who use an Associates Code on the EVGA store. I was confused when I first saw the email as well.

Is there a URL we can watch or do we just have to hawk the news page all day?  I got the email too but there's no links specified.

I'd hate to miss purchasing the card just because I didn't know where to look to purchase...

I've been waiting specifically for this card and if I don't get it, I'm probably going to skip the 20 series altogether.

Just keep refreshing the store page or checking EVGA twitter. I've been waiting since December, I share your angst.

I'd cry if I seen a hydro block for the new kingpin all lit up and sexy! Big old KINGPIN in lights. :/

Maybe even vince's signature in lights as well. Heh

Might have to reach for the credit card and live with it.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the design this time around. I think that signature is a cool idea actually, I could imagine a laser-etched signature or logo looking pretty bad-ass. Something similar to what is on his LN2 pots:

So I'm currently signed up for the Associates program and am likely going to be purchasing a Kingpin.  But it sounds like if I were to exit the program and use someone else's code, I could get 5% off the card (and offset taxes a bit).  Anyone hear if they'll be extending the 5% off to current Associates?  Or nix the 5% off with an Associates code and sell the card including some discount for all?  Jacob didn't have any pricing info on the Friday stream, so wasn't sure if anything new came up.

Saw Kingpin on You Tube overclock a Kingpin card to 2200 mhz and score 10,005 on Port Royal. The  Ftw 3 ultra
I have scored 9530 on Port Royal. Wish I knew what it was going to cost to gain 465 points . Iam guessing 1999.99 at thats price its about $ 4.30 a point . I know I would like to have one. Would a Kingpin card and Ftw 3 ultra run in  Sli ?

Nice.. and since the kingpin uses a hybrid cooler it would be perfect for the top card.

I also think you'd be limited by the slower clocked card in SLI.  The card speed in SLI is limited by the slowest clocks.  If you have a really good binned FTW3 then maybe it won't matter much.

It wont come close to 2200 mhz will run about 2100 mhz and gets  throttled some at that speed for lack of power. Fttw3 will get above  2100 mhz but not for long before its limited. Thanks.

I have the same questions, but no answers yet.  Vince, in his interview with GN, indicated there would be a limited hydro copper version.  However, Jacob on one of the streams seemed to indicate they'd only be releasing a hydro copper block that you could install to replace the stock hybrid.  So nothing definite other than at some point in the future there will be an EVGA way to include the 2080Ti Kingpin in a custom loop.

We won't know anything more until D-Day methinks. Personally I couldn't really care less about any potential discount -- I just want to secure a card, period! Take my money already damn it!

No problem, thank you for the help GTXJackBauer. I'll be sure to use your Associates Code on Monday and when I make any other purchases on EVGA's store, I've got my eye on a few more things on there.

At least they are letting Associate members get the same deal as those who are using someone's code... there'd likely be a minor riot followed by mass exodus if Associate members were excluded because they were an Associate member, which unfortunately is the case with usual Associate purchase discounts.

It will be interesting to see how highly clocked this is out of the box. I'm still sitting on my hybrid-cooled Titan X Pascal, which clocks over 2,000MHz without having to touch the power, and without any throttling. This card was (relatively) crap on stock air cooling, but amazing with the hybrid cooling (EVGA made a very limited number of AiO hybrid coolers for the Titan X Pascal).

You mean the advertised, "guaranteed" boost clock? Or just what they'll boost to regardless?

I'm guessing advertised guaranteed clock will be somewhere between 1.8-1.9ghz and then of course they will boost to ~2.1ghz without adjusting any offsets, power limit or voltage.
