i just got my 3060 yesterday, but forgot to apply my 10% discount code at checkout. i was told that they cant apply the coupon after checkout, but i could wait til I receive it (~1 week ship time) and return it, and then re-order using the code i have. i honestly was just stoked about the card coming in and felt like the 10% wasn't worth the whole process, so i decided i'd probably just hang onto the card when it arrived to avoid a longer wait time. However, my card got beat up pretty bad in transit and made a ticket yesterday asking if it was possible for me to return it. I made a ticket yesterday, and im still waiting to hear back. Im still kinda unsure if i want to go through the ~1month return, wait for refund, then re-order (with promo code), then wait for shipping. It just feels like too much of a process, but maybe im just impatient. I could always use the 10% off to get faster shipping, but then i guess that defeats the purpose of using the code in the first place. I was a bit surprised that 3060s are just shipped in a box with no protection. a part of me does not want to wait longer since i feel like the card is most likely fine..? im not sure, i havent seen a box in this bad of shape in awhile so I definitely am leaning towards returning. still on the fence. have you guys received orders that got banged up in transit, but functioned completely fine? am i overworrying about the condition of the box it arrived in? i know theres protection inside the actual box, but some of the creases and bends in the box look rough.

Yeah , that's in pretty bad shape...I'd return it as a matter of principle.

For 10% discount, I wouldn’t return.
For a crushed box, I definitely would get in touch with support.
Stop trying to load through the forum webpage, and use Imgur, and just share the link. It will save you tons of frustration.

Sometimes it's 3 to 4 days. There was a Youtube video where the guy got his RMA back with study foam around the card. the same foam material as if you'd buy it from them.

I corrected the images above. Not sure why it is still showing "error" in the file section, but after loading the image, make sure to set your cursor below everything you type, and then click the .jpg link just below the text box, and that will imbed your pictures into the text box for you.
