I am trying to join the ELITE program, I believe I qualify, but I never see the form to sign up. I believe I qualify because I purchased a RTX 2080super from EVGA, and registered it when I got it. I have the item on my EVGA account, and it shows in my products list. I also am able to enter the part number on the ELITE page, and it says it qualifies. However, below in red it says I dont have anything that qualifies.
 
Well, I cant upload the images anywhere.
 
Everything just says "you should be able to complete the form on the page" but I dont see the form at all. Can anyone assist?
