Hi guys i built my first PC in Nov of 2019. Im fairly new to working parts still fluently. I am moving to Japan in August. I currently have the North American version of this power supply:

EVGA 750 N1, 750W, 2 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-N1-0750-L1

My question is Do i need to purchase a whole other power supply from japan or can i change the ending plug and it would still work? Would hate to fry my new PC. My PC specs are :

B450-A PRO
MSI radeon rx 56 airboost oc 8g
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

Not sure if this would matter for power consumption reasons. But any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

https://www.evga.com/products/Specs/PSU.aspx?pn=38f963c3-6fe6-4054-b816-2e61ef5ca6bf
Input Voltage: 110 - 240 VAC
Input Frequency Range: 50 - 60 Hz

Japan uses split-phase 100v.  Just like the USA residential is split-phase 110v/220v (or 110v/208v), Japan is split-phase 100v/200v.   Japan's 100v outlets are a bit low for the power supply rating (quoted above), but may or may not still work.  It's up to you if you want to risk it.  What's 9% difference?  Feel free to find out.... But, if you have access to a 200v outlet in Japan, change the plug end to the Japanese B-style plug, and you should have no problems.  Don't use the American 110v plug in Japan's B-style outlet (even though they look nearly identical), because the American's narrower hot prong will probably have poor contact in a Japanese B-style outlet and may be a fire hazard.

You just need to always look on the sticker of the PSU where it says "AC Input 110-240 VAC 50-60Hz"..The PSU will auto-detect all that within those limits and auto-switch to using it..All you need is an AC power cord/adapter for the region.

The voltage in Japan is 100V and the frequency is 50 Hertz in Eastern Japan (including Tokyo, Yokohama, Tohoku, Hokkaido) and 60 Hertz in Western Japan (including Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Shikoku, Kyushu).

The same thing goes for other devices such as electric razors, blow dryers, phone chargers, TVs, on and on..They'll almost always show the input limits somewhere on the device or the charger and will also auto-detect and auto-switch to using it.

You're good to go.
