Issue with process time or this is normal?

Hello all,
 
Before couple of weeks, I have purchased the following product "EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 08G-P5-3667-KL, 8GB GDDR6, iCX3 Cooling, ARGB LED, Metal Backplate, LHR".
 
The order has been marked as completed and was created on 10/18/2021 however, as of today 11/01/2021 the status of the product is still at "Processing".
 
Is this happening to all due to the large queue or there could some kind of an issue?
