Issue with EVGA Precision.

My issue is with Precision is after what I think is 3 days Precision is shutting itself off and thus disabling my fan curve or ability for my fan to kick in faster during gaming.
I cannot figure this out. Had this happen on my old system and then on my newly built system from the past March. Only thing the 2 systems have had in common is Windows 10.
It also closes a few other programs all of which are in the lower right hand task bar. When Precision shuts off so do the other programs all at once. More details are provided in the link below.

Asus Z270 MB
i5-7600k (stock)
16gb DDR4 2666
EVGA 980
Samsung EVO 250gb SSD
Numerous 1tb and 750gb Western Digital Black Hard drives.
Windows 10 Pro Retail

I have contacted the Microsoft Community Ask a question section and dont think Im getting anywhere with this issue.

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this or have a fix?
