Hi,
I have G.SKILL TridentZ DDR4-4000 32GTB (F4-4000C19D-32GTZR). When switching to XMP profile the system does not boot. I'm using DIMM slots 2 and 4 as per the manual. My Z390 FTW BIOS is v1.03.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Mine is running fine on XMP. I am not sure if I am running the exact memory you are so I will have to go look.

    Edit: I am running F4-4000C19D-16GTZ
Edit:#2 I am sorry, I missed you were running a FTW not a Dark.

It was a bit weird to boot the first try. The USB plug for the case support had to be removed as it was causing boot issues. Once I figured out that it booted into the BIOS.

Is the Boot stick Stuck on Post Code 97?
Keep the CPU set to Auto until you get the XMP1 Profile working.
How old is that Power Supply?

Don't forget to adjust your motherboard voltages like vsa & vccio.

Can you suggest some settings or happen to have a guide?

    Thanks.

Try setting both to 1.25v. If no dice try 1.35 on both.
