Is there a hybrid kit for the 2080 Ti XC Gaming card? Found a hybrid product pdf but....

I purchased a Geforce RTX 2080 Ti XC Gaming card and boy it runs hot.  It's running 75+ under heavy load and getting bad graphics artifacts as a result.  I need to cool this card down and was looking at the hybrid kits that are available.  None on the product page show a compatibility with this card; however, I saw a PDF in EVGA's support downloads for a hybrid cooling product which DOES support this card at  .  
 
Does anyone know if EVGA is making this product or is it simply not available?  Is there other cooling options that I have besides building a water loop?  I prefer AIO designs.

    Running at 75+ shouldn't be causing artifacts.

    Yep. I purchased a kraken g12 with a x52 cooler.  I'll share results in this thread.  Shame that I couldn't get an official EVGA part.

    I bought a Hydro for my 2080TI
    Tought everything was included.
    Need some help in choosing the rest of the parts

    They had one but I doubt it will ever be back in stock....
    I didn't see you said  "Ti" version
