I'm a bit confused... Can anyone tell me why i have been on the RTX3000's queue for a year or more for all the 3070's, 3080's and 3090's and still had no offer to buy one but a friend of mine just signed up for the first time 1 week ago and just got an email confirming his RTX3090 is rdy... If this is because he's an elite member?....  I know i'm not alone.

When you are in a queue it is for one specific sku at a time
Were you in queue for the same exact model number sku number as him?

    check here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp

it'll list all the cards you signed up for a notify and if it's been sent yet, if any of them say yes, than you likely missed the e-mail and need to check your spam filters, if it isn't listed, then something is wrong and signing up didn't work, if they all say no, you should check the dates there, there are people tracking stuff on the queue and when the sign up dates the queues are at

If you signed up in the EU, I don't know, the queue there is different than the one in US/NA, and I'm not how how it works if it does in other areas.

You are not alone, a lot of people having been waiting since last year. It really depends on how early you got in the queues. I have no background on your friend's account or which sku they got so can't really compare with yours.
