So i just took off my aio since i sold it now playing the waiting game on a custom water loop system. For the meantime i put the stock fan cooler on my 5600x. I ran into an issue after all said and done the computer kept restarting on its own upon entering my profile. Ill add that i did have the OC robot ramp up to 4700 when i still had the aio and xmp is enabled. I switch over to BIOS 2 and it works like nothing with default settings. Anyone ever run into this issue? Could it possibly be the fact that i still have the settings the OC robot set with the aio? I just found it weird that all i did was put on the stock cooler and it started doing that.

I would flip back to BIOS 1, Clear CMOS or use the Safe Boot button and then you should be able to get in and set things up again. I don't think your BIOS(BIOS Chip) is done for, rather it just didn't like applying that profile. Better if you set things up (including the OC Robot) from scratch for a whole new cooling solution.

I actually got into the bios. It let me do that. I reset everything back to factory. I run the OC robot again and apply. Then i turned on xmp and it did it again. Im stumped at this point

Very odd indeed. Could you do the same thing, except no XMP or OC Robot (so just default BIOS 1), see how/if it boots fine. Then separately enable just XMP and see if it boots fine, again separately run OC Robot and see if it boots fine. This way we might be able to locate the issue. I still doubt BIOS 1 would be dead or anything (although you can always just flash 1.08 over it again which should fix any BIOS corruption there might be).
I did that last bit personally before (because i successfully corrupted my BIOS 1 shortly after getting the board) and it fixed that specific issue.

It seems very unlikely that the UEFI firmware would be "done".
It's pretty safe to assume that the OC Robot or XMP setting is causing the issue. As stated, troubleshoot by process of elimination.

If you do determine that the "BIOS" 1 is "done", reflash it.

More likely you could have pushed or pull too hard on the CPU while change the cooler - it happens

    - was the used AIO "hard to remove"?
    - did you do it with a warm CPU?
    - did you use a twisting action?
    - did the CPU stay in the socket?
    - Did you keep the cooler level while removing & installing coolers?
    - did you check the socket, if you had even the slightest issue - after removing the AIO?

OK, now that I cover some basics above & Because you say BIOS2 work just fine

Test:  set RAM to the Mfg voltage as stated on the side of the RAM .... sometimes BIOS sets it too low

CPU voltages - double check they are the same as before ?  can the air cooler really keep it cool enough?

I avoid XMP & set timing manually, has proven to be more stable too many time to bother counting

The aio was super easy to remove didnt tug on it whatsoever since its a fairly new build. I would do the timing manually but to be honest i dont know how. I will try the process of elimination as stated last night before bed i did try the safe OC set at 4400 and xmp on. That seemed to work fine. I have reason to believe that the air cooler prob just cant cool it at 4700. And ty i will try to set the ram at the voltage corsair says.

Update: so i did them by themselves and it seems the OC at 4700 is what is doesnt like. I enabled XMP and safe OC which went up to 4400 in BIOS 1 and so far no crashes. I hope this doesnt happen with my 5800x3d and the new watercooled system

As i suspected, so air cooler just couldn't sustain that high, despite OC Robot is supposed to test for this.
