Is it safe to set my voltage slider to 100%?

I have the EVGA GTX 1070 SC and I overclocked it to +125 on the core clock and +525 on the memory clock. When I set my voltage slider to 100%, the max voltage I reached was 1.093 volts. Is it safe to keep the voltage at 100%? Thanks!

    Yes.  You can max the voltage, and the GPU will keep it from going over the max safe limit.

    The stock card is Controlled (limited) by Nvidia Boost 3.0
