Greetings,

I am wanting to know if I would be authorized for a step up based on the fact I bought from purchasingpower.com  I believe they source their cards from bestbuy.  If I can get that invoice from them would that be acceptable?

    You need your original receipt.

I am not sure if the card would be considered second hand or not though. I will ask EVGA to review this for you.

    Welcome to the forums!

Even if the card was originally purchased at Best Buy, it was resold through an unauthorised reseller, and it would be considered a second-hand purchase. You'd not be eligible for the step-up, extended warranty, or Advanced RMA.

Hello, I am almost in the same case ; I ordered through Cdiscount.com (an authorized french website, I went there from the "Where to buy" section of evga.com) but the seller is a third party professional seller (Topbiz)
Do you think this will be considered an unauthorized reseller ?

I already began the step up program, and have uploaded my invoice
    Thanks for you answer
