Intel’s 10nm Gen 11 Graphics Detailed – 1 TFLOPs of Power and Landing in 2019

Intel also revealed its grand designs relating to GPU IP scalability that can take graphics to the next level by allowing access to decentralized processing power to all customer segments. Dubbed the X^e, Intel calls this the teraflops to petaflops ambition and currently lists Datacenter, Enthusiast, Mid-Range and Integrated+Entry in their roadmap. Intel confirmed that it is on track to deliver a discrete graphics processor by 2020.

I think you linked the wrong article in the OP.
HERE is the 10nm GPU article.
Also of interest a fix for moore's law from Intel their active interposer. HERE

I hope DDR5 will show up before Intel launch successor of X299.
If not AMD will implement new memory with accent on capacity to their platform before Intel.
Some rumors say there is a chance to first early platforms with DDR5 show up even during 2019, maybe on server market, not desktop, but that mean max year after and premium desktop platforms.

I'm curios how much will cost me 4x 16 GB DDR5 if they decide to remove 8GB DIMMs.
But I believe 4x 8GB will stay as budget option, for me enough.
