The Arc A380 GPU is now available for preorder at Newegg. The card on sale right now is not the GUNNIR Photon graphics card that has taken over the initial coverage of Intel’s desktop GPU debut in early July, but ASRock’s Challenger ITX. This model specifically is now available for back order at Newegg for 139.99 USD.

ASRock’s model is a custom design with a single fan and moderate overclock to 2250 MHz. The official specs suggest this is the first A380 model thus far with default TDP of 75W, but it still has one 8-pin power connector. What’s worth noting is that although it has four display connectors, and three of them are compatible with DisplayPort 2.0 specs, the HDMI port is only 2.0b. The A380 offers full ACM-G11 GPU with 8 Xe-Cores and 6GB 96-bit memory config. According to other A380 reviews, this card is an entry-level model competing with AMD’s and NVIDIA’s slowest models, such as Radeon RX 6500 and GTX 1650.

According to the listing, these cards should become available on August 22nd, so about 2 months since the official introduction of Arc A380 GPU.

This release is late, but finally Intel can get some of these sold.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

That ain't a bad price TBH.  The real question is: Will they work, and is it worth it to just save up a couple extra bucks and get the GTX 1650?
