Yep. I'm cancelling my pre-order now. The 1080 FTW was already a pain to fit in the Ncase. I don't know if it can fit the extra 22mm. What's frustrating is that I just sold my 1080 FTW, but I actually was in line to upgrade to ICX and then I could have stepped up to the 1080 TI for about $120 minus shipping. Thanks, EVGA!

Jacob, if enough people cancel is it known yet if EVGA will just release the units for pre-order piecemeal (as they are freed up) or will it be more of a round 3 scenario?

Oops. Guess that's what I get for trying to use metric as an American and being extremely frustrated. Yes, 22mm. Also, the height is what I'm worried about. It's much taller than the FTW and FTW2.

Incase anyone out there like me has a NZXT s340 case and are worried about the fit.. I once fit a Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970 (11.693 inches or 297mm) and it fit with some room. So we should be good to go =D

Can we please verify height as well?
Length for my s340 elite is no issue but the height is already close to the glass with my FTW2 especially if you want some nice cable management.

It's about quarter inch taller. It's now listed as 5.385 inches vs 5.064 for 1080 ftw.

I'll be putting an NZXT Kraken X62 (radiator width = 30mm / 1.18inch, fan width = 26mm / 1.02inch) in the front of an S340 Elite. Will the FTW3 fit with this set up? Thanks...

Ah damn. Will fit in my primary rig but was hoping in a couple of years, handing it down to the micro-atx rig but that has a max GPU length of 28cm.
Now torn between FE with AIO loop or to keep the pre-order and just buy another card for the other rig whenever

I wonder if the 1080TI FTW 3 will fit the NZXT S340 Elite case WITH the EVGA Powerlink, since I have a radiator on the right the max length is 13.14 inches.... edit: it is going to be a tight fit...

the black plastic supports pop right out when you squeeze them. at least on alienware. the way they sit, depending on the card rear I could inverse them and gain a solid inch I bet.

I'm no engineer rocket doctor but id be glad to see a solution if I can. id just need a scrapped rear part in good shape scribed where it should sit. and like 3 or 4 days to send it back. I don't need a whole card just a demo or even maybe rear. cards getting heavier and needing more support and cases shrinking, you need to figure this out.

Have you seen this post: https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2585710Does not directly address the S340, but it does show a close up of the Powerlink and its plugs, plugged into a GPU and talks about size issues.
