Elite members have a 24 hour window when a new product is launched before other online customers. When the 3080Ti, which is a new product, auto notify goes live, the first 24 hour period will be only Elite members. The date and time will be announced in advance. Just keep checking EVGA social media and the forums.
As far as your chances of getting a 3080Ti sooner rather than later, it will depend on how quickly you sign up for the auto notify when it goes live.

So I won't receive a 3080 notification faster than someone who is not a member? I guess I'll just subscribe to 3080 ti notifications then. Any idea how much the 3080 ti will cost?

I personally wish that elite membership was one year plus useful posts. Nothing personal to the newbies (welcome aboard) but trying to sift through spam is ridiculous. I tend to avoid the forums at new release time.

I bought the Z20 keyboard to become a member because I thought I would be put in the front of the line when the 3080 gets restocked

It is for new releases only. As far as the price for the 3080Ti, there are several threads discussing that issue. My guess, and it is just that, is $1200 msrp; again that is just a wild guess.

As I said, that was only a guess. It could be less or more, there is no official information on pricing until Nvidia announces the card, supposedly at the end of the month, if it is not delayed again.

Go to the elite member homepage buy a qualified product. I bought the Z20 keyboard. Once you receive it type in the part number in the members page then register your product

Just want to mention that if the 3080 ti is out of your budget you could consider the more affordable 3070 ti which is allegedly coming out by the end of this month.

No on the EU que. Only US and Canada elite will get the 24 hour early access to que. Hopefully, they'll announce something for EU. Payment isn't due at que. Only when you get notified and complete the check out
