Good call and thanks.. I followed specifically one of the thread formats and rules but I feel like someone was passively aggressively calling me out as a spammer. Wasn’t my intention and maybe I misunderstood but I followed the format and guidelines.
Regardless, walked away from the thread. Wasn’t worth fighting over. Just trying to give EVGA a few of my paychecks, not cause problems.

Bro... I apologize if that that offended you, but you have to admit it's pretty ****ty to see people shortcutting their way to 100 posts (which is not even that big of a requirement in the first place) by replying to themselves over and over again in the 3-word-game thread when other people like me are trying to do it legit by actually responding to other people and following forum etiquette/rules. It's not that bad right now because you were the only one doing it, but imagine 10-20 people doing that... It would completely pollute the thread.

I do kind of wonder about if the requirement could be made a bit different, giving people an incentive to spam then saying "don't spam" likely sends mixed messages, and make people wonder where the line is on what is or isn't spam. Sure, some people don't even try to avoid spamming, but there are others that do, and have a hard to knowing where the line is, and given that there is an incentive to be as close to the line as possible, without going over (is this a game of price is right?)
Still, it hasn't become a overwhelming problem, but if it were to scale up a lot, it certainly would become one. This might also be limiting what the elite program can offer, the more appealing it becomes, the more people will spam or push the line, because of the incentive to do so grows.
