To further explain what Sajin said, HDR is not a panel technology in the same way TN and IPS are. Not all HDR monitors use IPS panels, some may use TN. HDR or High Dynamic Range, is a moniker given to photos, videos, that have a highly expanded contrast ratio, and color depth over "standard". An HDR monitor won't just magically make everything look great; the viewed content also must support HDR. They adhere to a standard (one of many HDR standards that are currently floating around) that allows you to take advantage of HDR movies and games to allow for much higher visual fidelity. Since it is a new technology, you gotta do your homework and look heavily into reviews as not all "HDR capable" monitors are created equal.
