This requires 5V to work well. Direct connection is still okay that will not damage it.
 
Now I seen red hole behind the moterboard with a microphone symbol if I buy it I just connect it there and that is all ?
 
Do I need an additional sound card or anything to deliver power to microphone for this motherboard ?
 
If you know this all please explain me what to do.
