I finally dipped into the VR realm with a Oculus Go, I didnt want to invest too much in 1st gen...I have never tried vr before and its great.. You definetly develop a tolerance for the nauseous feelings you first have...I started with little sessions, I returned some games because it used to make me sick...

I tried getting a refund on Anshar Online the spaceship game, 40 seconds into the game I tore the goggles off my face..I thought I had a refund but for some reason random times they say my refund was approved but trouble with cc prevented the refund...BS

SO i reinstalled the game since I own it now and gave it a try again, 2 weeks after receiving my rift...Wow I can actually tolerate flying the ship with my head tracking without getting sick...

I love my Oculus Go,,, Best Gimmick I purchased and was happy with in many years...

Oh I also Purchased wired headphones for it but hate using it as too much crap on my head gives me claustraphobia lol..The built in sound is great

I also played Affected The Manor outside in the middle of my yard at night, so I can actually walk around when I move..I ran into some Lychee trees but otherwise it was fun...

I've been curious about these things but I don't know anyone that has one.  I assume that the games have to be written with them in mind.  I did a compatibility check (think it was Oculus), but it said that my USB controller wasn't compatible.  It's an old AM3 Via chipset.  I may revisit it when the tech (and my rig) is a little more mature.
