I install New Nvidia Drivers for 3070 ti and nothing works

I have Tried a clean installation of drivers. The drivers successfully install, but then when I try to look at GeForce Experience and as far as the pc is concerned the drivers didn’t install and just keeps reinstalling over and over.

Any suggestions?

    Have you tried using DDU to uninstall the previous driver again?

    Disable fast boot in your BIOS and try again.

    unplug the ethernet cable from the PC, probably is conflicting the installation of drivers with windows update.

The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it.     Fixed the problem. Apparently this card doesn’t like my PCI expansion riser (to put my GPU vertically).

    Installed it directly to the mobo, and problem solved

    It seems that the quality of the cable has a great impact.
     
    I would like to put my GPU vertically the method like you did, and I didn’t do it for some reasons. However, after your experience, if I want to buy such a cable next time, I will pay more attention to the quality of cable.
