Would this be a good replacement?
I compared them here but I am not an expert.
https://www.gpuzoo.com/Compare/ASUS_ROG-STRIX-RTX2060-O6G-GAMING__vs__ASUS_TURBO-RTX2070-8G/
The Specs for the Turbo all seem higher except the Boost clock.

It has an enclosed case like a Founders Edition...would it run hotter or cool easier?
What do you guys think?
I need to decide within a couple of days

The good part of cards like that, is they remove the heat through the rear of the card, taking it out of the case. It may run warmer with a higher wattage GPU. <<{but it's not much} 2070 has more Cuda cores. Sounds like they are trying to work with you Joe. Also "should" increase the PPD a bit. Wonder if they can test it before they ship?

I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to GPUs these days - I'm still stuck back in the 10xx series but I say go for it!

I am thinking the same thing guys.
    Could be a good option.
I am not having allot of luck with the ROG 3 fan 2060's (I think I will have rma'd them all soon, some twice??? )
EVGA 2060's produce less ppd than the ROG's but I have had several fan failures and an internal short with the ROG's.
With more Cuda cores and ball bearing fans it may be a good replacement.
    Merry Christmas Everyone

Def a good option. Should be a rev A so should put out 2.5 million a day. Not sure whatt your 2060's are putting out but 2.5m would be great.

I did get 2 mil ppd (ROG 2060) on the high end. Usually running around 1.8-1.9 mil ppd.
    EVGA 2060 was averaging 1.5-1.8.
    Hopefully it will work well.

According to the Estimated PPD on the FAH Advanced Control the New 2070 Turbo averages
1 million more ppd than the ROG 2060 it replaced.
I am seeing 3.3 mil PPD at it's best and the ROG did 2.2 Mil PPD at it's best.
The 2070 has lows of 1.7 mill PPD which was the average for the 2060
    It's a good deal!
    Thanks Asus...
I don't want to comment on the EVGA's for fear of jinxing them...

Glad to hear it was a upgrade. Most of my cards are EVGA but do have a few "off" brand ones. lol
