I ordered on (Amazon de) Evga ftw3 Ultra 3080 17 september but it arrived on 7 november. When I register(Date Purchased), will I write on 17th September or 7th November? According to evga's new warranty system, it must be registered within 30 days of receipt so I cant write 17 September ?

    the warranty itself doesn't require any time frame after buying it, only if you want something beyond just the normal warranty.
     
    within 14 days for the step-up without buying an extended warranty (90 days if you do buy the extended warranty)

    If you just want the warranty, there's no time limit, (other than before the warranty runs out in 3 years)
     
    I don't know where you are seeing a 30 day requirement.

    The date of purchase is not the date of delivery. You need to put the date of purchase, or it may cause issues later. You ordered/purchased the product on 17 September, so use the date you purchased for registration. Z999 also gave a good explanation above.
