I dont know whats going on with my RMA

Tracking this AWB 2019718481 that evga Taiwan gave me is stuck on shipment information received, this status hasn't been changed since 1week. When I called the DHL about this they told me that the sender (EVGA) has not handed/sent to them. I have been mailing evga Taiwan for 2 days and didn't got a single reply or atleast any type of assurance that we are working on it. Furthermore last when I tracked my RMA status on evga website it was showing RMA complete (Picture: https://ibb.co/iqCGVT ) , and now it's showing pending ( https://ibb.co/mNh3nT ). Its stuck on Next Step: Preparing To Ship Product for 4-5 days. Please tell me whats going on, its really frustrating.

    I apologize for any inconvenience. I have forwarded this to our Taiwan office however due to Typhoon Maria they are currently out of the office and they will be back in to follow up as soon as possible.

    I can give you the proof of the emails that i have sent in past 2 days. When should i expect the replacement?

    Expect an update when Typhoon Maria passes and it is safe for them to return to their office.

    They won't be braving a typhoon just to update your RMA status.

    Got a half baked reply with the same pdf as i received on 4th july from evga taiwan. Screen shot https://ibb.co/d52mRo
    They just sent me the same reply email twice with 2 PDF attached naming Invoice and AWB.

    What's going on the evga Taiwan still had not shipped the parcel to DHL. And I'm getting poor response from evga Taiwan without any explanation. They were supposed to hand the parcel to DHL on 6th of July. It has been now 13th and probably EVGA will not ship until Monday 15th.

    I have checked back with our Taiwan office. Please respond to the e-mail you received confirming you agree to the customs fees and then it will be shipped. I apolgozie for any confusion.

    I did not get any such mails about this customs fees etc, they just sending mail containing only 2 pdfs i.e., invoice and AWB.
    The only mail i got from them regarding this matter, they were asking about the smooth shipping to my country and they told me to send them 2 documents and i did sent them as a pdf attachment and it also shows on the Invoice they have created ( My PAN card number and aadhar number) , never got any email about the customs fees acceptance.
     
    I would have replied faster if they had sent me customs acceptance email, but i have yet to receive that.

    I have PMed you about this and I apologize for the mis-communicaiton and I am working with Taiwan to clarify this in the future.
