I have this wired problem with no signal to monitor until Windows 10 login screen appears. I have RAZER RAPTOR 27" monitor connected via DisplayPort and with this monitor I had this problem with EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition until I flashed card with https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-uefi-update-x64/ After that it started to work normal.. and I could see BIOS splash screen and everything.. Now I've changed my graphic card to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti FE and the same problem appeared again.
If I plug some random DELL monitor to DisplayPort it works normal... So I'm really lost here what is the problem.
